Product Advisor (Trainee) – Home Security & Alarm Systems
Location: Vancouver, BC
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Performance-Driven)
We are currently looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Product Advisor Trainees, representing a home security & alarm system solution through face-to-face / field sales.
This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with performance-based income, enjoy interacting with people, and are open to learning a structured sales process.
What You’ll Do
Present and explain home security & alarm system solutions
Conduct face-to-face and field outreach
Educate customers on product features and benefits
Build confidence through real-world sales experience
Who This Is For
Entry-level candidates or career changers welcome
Sales experience is an asset but not required
Comfortable with face-to-face or door-to-door interaction
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
Compensation Details
100% commission-based role (no base salary)
Commissions typically range up to approximately $1,000–$1,800 per closed client, depending on sale type
Earnings are based on individual effort and performance
