Job Description
We’re looking for a versatile Digital Support Assistant with a blend of skills in marketing, web design, and some computer troubleshooting. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, creative, and solution-oriented. Ideally someone who can jump from updating a website or designing a marketing asset to diagnosing a computer issue or setting up software.
Hours: Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with updating and maintaining company websites (WordPress/HTML/CSS)
– Support basic graphic design and branding efforts for digital campaigns (eg. using Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva)
– Help plan, schedule, and track marketing initiatives (social media, email, etc.)
– Troubleshoot basic technical issues (PCs, printers, networks, software)
– Contribute to online presence through SEO basics and content formatting
– Collaborate with team members on small projects involving both design and tech
Ideal Candidate:
– Comfortable using CMS platforms (especially WordPress with Elementor)
– Familiar with basic HTML/CSS and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
– Has some hands-on experience solving basic IT issues (Windows / MacOS)
– Organized, curious, and able to learn quickly
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– May lead to a full-time position within 12 months if you meet or exceed our requirements!
– Note: Must have a valid BC Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle
