What you’ll do:
Own the full sales process: greet, discover needs, present vehicles, demo/test drive, and follow up.
Work closely with Sales Managers and F&I to structure transparent, customer‑friendly deals.
Handle inbound internet/phone leads quickly and professionally; keep the CRM spotless.
Coordinate trade appraisals and vehicle deliveries to ensure a five‑star handover.
Stay current on the Mazda lineup and technology to deliver confident, consultative presentations.
What you bring
Driven with strong people skills; you build trust fast and communicate clearly.
Team player who takes instruction/coaching well; you contribute to a positive floor.
Able to think on your feet and solve problems in real time.
Valid BC driver’s license (with clean abstract).
Multilingual ability is an asset—especially Mandarin.
A track record of prior automotive sales success is required. ( new or pre-owned)
VSA Salesperson License (or the ability to obtain quickly).

Schedule
Full‑time, on‑site with a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. We typically close for stat holidays.
