Entry Level Part-Time Sales Associate at a Local Pet Store (Lynn Valley)
Job Description
We are looking for an outgoing, trust worthy and hard working individual who will help pet parents find solutions for their immediate and future needs. We are a small family owned, team oriented environment and applicants must be able to work together with existing team members as well as working by themselves unsupervised.
Job Requirements:
– Must be able to work with others in a team oriented environment
– Must be able to work unsupervised
– Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
– Must be able to work weekends
– Must have flexible work schedule
Guaranteed 28+ flexible hours per week.
Job Details:
– Work the till as cashier
– Stocking/re-stocking/rotating supplies
– Keeping inventory of supplies
– Opening/Closing duties
– Maintain clean work environment
– Miscellaneous duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, taking out garbage/recycling
Previous experience working in customer service and as a cashier as well as working with pets is an asset.
